Estimated Shipping:

Orders are expected to ship within 1- 2 weeks from the order date and arrive 5-15 days from the shipping date. Please note that these timelines are estimates and are subject to change due to manufacturing, supply chain, shipping delays or other unforeseen delays. 

Delays:

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors outside of our control. We will do our best to keep you updated if timelines shift.

All Sales Final:

Due to the nature of pre-order items, all sales are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once the order is placed. International shipping outside the United States may have additional costs. See International Shipping - Duties & Taxes

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International shipping is available to select countries. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability. Please note that international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Duties, taxes and customs fees, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. Any such fees are determined by your local customs authorities and/or shipping carrier and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are outside of our control.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or related fees required for delivery.

Important: Refusing or failing to pay required duties or taxes may result in your package being returned, delayed, or abandoned. Any costs associated with the return or non-delivery may be deducted from any refund, where applicable.
